The foils have an excellent opacity on contrasting surfaces and are very weather and wind resistant. In addition, the films are resistant to short-term exposure to gasoline if it is spilled during refueling.
The Controltac ™ technology is a mechanical property that is added to the adhesive.
Millions of tiny glass beads are used on the adhesive layer. The glass beads form a buffer between the adhesive layer and the substrate so that the foil remains repositionable until it is pressed on. Pressing the foil cancels the Controltac property.
The Comply ™ technology is a structure of extremely small air channels in the adhesive layer, allowing the foil to be applied without air inclusions.
